Delivery Information for all Non-DVD Items.

Please note that all Non-DVD Items can ONLY be delivered to UK, and the postcodes provided below.

Select from the shipping options listed in the checkout. The cost you are charged will be the one shown on screen.

Shipping schedules are counted in business days (Monday-Friday are normally working days, public holidays and weekends are not).

Please provide a delivery address where there will be someone to sign for the goods over the time period when your goods are likely to arrive. If you miss two deliveries, you may have to collect goods from a depot or fund a third delivery attempt.

If you are entitled to a free option, it should be highlighted but you will need to select it.

UK Mainland & IOW Delivery Schedules

Your order will normally be despatched the same day on a working day. If it can't be despatched the same day, the despatch day will be the next working day. If you receive an email with a tracking number you can check the progress online. Customers in the Highlands of Scotland may find that their deliveries take one extra working day to arrive.

We use both Royal Mail and Couriers for shipping Non-DVD Items.
